Preparation before your arrival
Early Check-In request

Our standard check-in time starts from 3:00 PM. If an early check-in is required (subject to availability), additional charges will apply:

  • Before 6 AM, there will be a full-day charge of the applicable room rate.
  • After 6 AM, there will be a half-day charge (50%) of the applicable room rate.
Late Check-Out request

Our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. If a late check-out is required (subject to availability), additional charges will apply:

  • Before 6:00 PM, there will be a half-day charge (50%) of the applicable room rate.
  • After 6:00 PM, there will be a full-day charge of the applicable room rate.

Child Policy

One child (3 – 12 years) may share parents’ bed at no additional charge, with a maximum of two children per room. An extra charge of THB 1,275 /day will apply for children less than 12 years old and for over the age of 12 years old then the extra charge is THB 1,550/day, which includes an extra bed and breakfast.

Pet Policy

We apologise that pets are not allowed in the property. We can recommend several animal accommodation nearby.

Smoking Policy

There is a law for smoking to be prohibited indoors. You can request for smoking suites but we ask you to smoke on the balcony outside. For public areas, you can smoke at the designated smoking areas outside.

Food Policy

Food, fruits, and drinks that have a strong smell are strictly prohibited at the property.
We strongly recommended you not to leave any food exposed and to be kept neatly wrapped or stored in air tight containers to avoid insects. It is best to keep in refrigerator.
Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Any electrical cooking appliances found in the room will be kept and stored by the Hotel until check-out.

Outside food deliveries are acceptable. Guests are asked to pick-up their food orders at the Front Gate. Our staff can organized Courtesy Cars for transport.

Photo shooting Policy

Advertisement photoshoot, filming or any form of professional media productions without prior approval or permission from Management is not allowed. Please contact creative@royalcliff.com if you wish to use our facilities as a filming venue.

Do you have valet parking services at the Royal Wing?

We do not have a valet parking service.
The car park is conveniently located in front of the building is exclusively reserved for the guests staying at the Royal Wing.

Itinerary Update

Once a reservation has been confirmed, a further amendment upgrade, special requests, cancellation or requests can be made 24 hours before arrival (amendment are subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, a one-night applicable room-charge will be made to the credit card used at the time of your reservation.

Food and Drinks
Where can I have breakfast?

Royal Wing guests can enjoy “A la carte” breakfast starting from 7:00 – 11:00 AM daily at Terrace@Caprice, international breakfast buffet at Panorama from 6:30 – 10:30 AM, or order in-room breakfast.

Dining Options

The Royal Cliff Hotels Group has multiple restaurants and 7 bars for both in-house and outside guests. At certain period some restaurants may be closed so please check with our guest relations team in advance.

You are allowed to have lunch by the pool beds where our Pool Butler will look after you..

Can I organize a private dinner at the Royal Wing?

Yes, certainly. You can enjoy “Dining by the Sea”, a private dining experience at the Royal Wing Beach with different set menus such as Seafood BBQ Romance, Western Romance, Thai Romance, Indian Vegetarian Romance, or can create your own menu from our award-winning Caprice restaurant. If you would like to host a special function please speak with the front office team.

Do you sell any cigars?

We sell cigars at our Italian restaurant, the Rossi & Cigar Lounge. Our staff will be more than happy to show you the cigar menu and bring the cigars for your convenience.

Do you have complimentary Wi-Fi access?

Royal Wing guests have complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet connection. If you want an even higher speed for webinars and e-sports please speak with our front office team.

Do you have a lounge at the Royal Wing?

Yes we do. The Majestic Lounge is a special privilege for all Royal Wing guests. The lounge offers delicious cookies and fruit skewers, freshly brewed coffee and tea, high speed internet access computers, a reading room, fun board games, and a TV lounge. Open daily from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Are we allowed to have in-room massages?

We do not offer this type of service, however you are welcome to use our two spa facilities located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Wing Suites & Spa and the 6th floor of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel and. Open daily from 10 AM – 10 PM.

Can I have a massage around the swimming pool?

Yes, you can enjoy our Thai or foot massages around our exclusive swimming pool.

What are the operating hours of the Royal Wing swimming pool?

The Royal Wing swimming pool is opened from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The Royal Wing swimming pool is exclusive and private for only Royal Wing guests, however guests of the Royal Wing are allowed to use the other 6 swimming pool facilities as well within the Royal Cliff Hotels Group.

Do you have a children’s swimming pool at the Royal Wing?

Yes, we have a children’s swimming pool. We also have 2 more children swimming pools located at our property; the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel and at the Fitz Club. The children’s swimming pool at the Fitz Club has 2 water slides.

Can I reserve my pool bed throughout my stay?

Of course. Guests of the Royal Wing can choose and reserve their pool beds throughout their entire stay. A personalized brass name plate with the guests name will be placed on the pool bed. On check-out, the brass name plate will be given to the guest as a souvenir.

Can I swim at the Royal Wing beach?

The Royal Cliff Hotels Group has 2 private beaches. Guests staying at the Royal Wing can swim at both beaches.

Do you have any pool-access suites?

We have suites on the first floor that are adjacent to the swimming pool.

Do you have any facilities for children?

We have two facilities for children, Funtasea that offers a range of edutainment activities along with art, craft, toys, sliders, and movies for children age 2 – 12 years, and The Verged, which offers console games, pool table, table football, and a karaoke lounge. Both are open from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM / 1:30 – 5:00 PM but closed on Mondays.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes we do. The Fitz Club is renowned as one of the best luxury sport centers in Pattaya with various activities and facilities, including swimming pool, steam and sauna, table tennis, 2 squash courts, 7 tennis courts, and a state of the art gym. Opened from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Where can I get my nails done and a hair cut?

You can visit the Beautique Salon situated between the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel and the Royal Wing Suites & Spa, offering services such as hair cutting, pedicures, waxing, facial massages, and much more. Opened from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM but closed on Wednesdays.

Is an EV charging station available at the hotel?

Yes, we have 9 charging stations with a capacity of 3.6 kW/hour each. However, please bring your own portable charger. The stations are located in our indoor car park at PEACH.

Can I bring a guest to stay overnight? What is your joiner fee?

The joiner fee is THB 1,000 per person per night. The joiner must show their ID card or passport and they must leave the hotel before 7:00 am.

Kindly note that the law also prohibits hotel guests from bringing companions aged below 18 years old.

Can I host a special event at the Royal Wing?

The Majestic Lounge can be transformed into an intimate gathering for private parties or serious business discussions. The Royal Wing Beach can also be a place to hold private dinners or a wedding venue. Please contact our front office team and they will be more than happy to discuss the details with you and help you plan the event.

What is the Ultimate Card Membership and how do I apply for it?

A guest will have to stay a minimum of 12 Nights in a Royal Wing Suite or 7 Nights in a Presidential Suite within the Calendar Year (From 1st of January until 31st of December). The nights stayed must be via direct booking only.
In order to maintain the Ultimate Card Membership The guest must stay with us at least once within 2 years.
