Presented by the renown Thai brand, MAMA, the Amazing Thailand Pattaya Marathon 2025 occurs annually in the month of July in Pattaya, Thailand. Taking place on the weekend of 19-20 July this year, the courses of this internationally recognized event include full marathon, a half-marathon, a 10km run, a 4.5km wheelchair race, and a 4.5km family fun run (non-competitive walk-run for all ages). With five diverse race categories and a total prize pool of THB 760,000, there’s something for every type of runner whether they are first-timers to seasoned marathoners.
Set along North Pattaya Road, Sukhumvit Highway, Jomtien Beach, and the iconic Pattaya Beach Front Road, the marathon runners will experience the variety of beauty that this dynamic coastal city has to offer. Expect varying conditions that will present fun challenges, from coastal winds and heat to both flat and rolling road sections.
A true test of endurance and strategy, the Pattaya marathon is ultimately a vibrant celebration of sport, community, and Pattaya’s coastal beauty. It attracts elite athletes, recreational runners, and families from all over the world. Since its founding in 1992, it has become certified by World Athletics as an International Standard Road Race. In 2024, the event welcomed over 15,000 participants, and this number is only expected to grow even further this year.
How to Register for The Pattaya Marathon 2025
With registration for the marathon opening on 15 May, eager participants who look forward to the yearly occasion have been filing in steadily. If you haven’t had a chance to sign up yet, put your worries to ease as the registration period extends until 13 July at 10:00 PM (Thailand time). There’s still plenty of time to become a part of this fantastic yearly celebration of athleticism and community.

For Full Marathon and Half Marathon:
- Marathon: THB 950
- Half Marathon: THB 900
For 10 km. & 4.5 km Races:
- 600 baht (THB) for 10 km.

Cut-Off Times for the Pattaya Marathon
Competitors in the Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km categories will have their race times recorded using an electronic Timing Chip as a timekeeping device. To ensure runner safety and traffic coordination, the following cut-off times apply:
- Marathon (42.195 km): Within 7 hours (finish by 10:30 hrs)
- Half Marathon (21.1 km): Within 3.5 hours (finish by 08:40 hrs)
- 10 km: Within 2 hours (finish by 07:45 hrs)
- 4.5 km Wheelchair: Within 50 minutes (finish by 07:15 hrs)
- 4.5 km Run: Within 1 hour (finish by 07:30 hrs)
