As we are now beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel with the easing of travel restrictions, I would like to take this opportunity to share several exciting updates with you. First and foremost, we hope that this message finds you and your family well. I am sure you have seen in the news that Thailand will be opening up to international travel on 1 November 2021 and we are very much looking forward to the return of our friends and guests from abroad. We are also delighted that numerous Thai guests and residents have recently been staying with us. We truly appreciate your support and hope that we are able to provide a wonderful hotel experience.

Please allow me to give a quick update on projects and important work that we have completed since 2020. On the community front and charitable project, we have done the following:

On the work accomplished, we have achieved multiple goals. To date, we managed to keep all our staff safe from Covid-19 and we have exceeded in getting over 90% of our employees vaccinated. As we continually heighten our safety measures, our effort has been recognized by the health authorities who have awarded the Royal Cliff with the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration Plus (SHA+), the highest safety and hygiene certificate from the Tourism Authority of Thailand. In addition to SHA+, we also earned the World Travel Tourism Council Safety Stamp. You can feel assured and confident with our preventive measures during your stay. Another award that we are incredibly proud and thankful for is the TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award. This year, we won this prestigious recognition for our 3 hotels and 1 restaurant. Out of over 500 hotels in Pattaya, only 4 won this award, with Royal Cliff claiming 3 spots. Our Indian restaurant, Maharani – Queen of Indian Flavors, made it on the award list for the first time.

We have installed new coffee machines and imported exotic beans for coffee lovers. We have created our signature menu that you cannot try elsewhere. We welcomed a new Executive Chef who is preparing many exciting food promotions and new specialties for you to enjoy. We are redoing the whole area of the Beach Infini Pool to make it one of the biggest and most beautiful infinity-edge pools in the Asia Pacific region. The makeover area will have a kids’ pool as well as multiple spots for various activities, including outdoor massages, surfing, and many more. Many of our suites have also been refurbished, and we are sure the new design will enhance your stay experience.

We are delighted to inform you that quarantine-free international travel to Thailand is finally back! In accordance with the country’s reopening policy, the government has introduced travel schemes for different kinds of international tourists entering Thailand from 1 November 2021. As we are an SHA PLUS certified property, vaccinated travelers from eligible countries can do the mandatory 1-day quarantine with us. Our 1 Night Test and Go – 63 Package provides everything you need from facilitating your transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel to administering your required RT-PCR and Antigen tests.

If you are coming from a country which has not been listed above, you can book our 7 Nights Pattaya Blue Zone Package. Travelers are restricted to staying in the Blue Zone for at least 7 nights after arrival. Travelers must then wait for the negative result of the first RT-PCR COVID-19 test in the hotel before travelling around the Blue Zone.
